Job summary

Boulder Connect is seeking a High-Lift Operator for a distribution center. You will operate warehouse equipment, lift and move merchandise, and ensure accurate flow of goods.

Responsibilities include using WMS and RF scanners, following instructions, maintaining safety, and collaborating with team to meet productivity standards. This role requires physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and to operate equipment after training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old; distribution center experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, climbing, and stooping.
• Able to operate powered equipment after training.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment for at least 80% of the shift to move merchandise efficiently.
• Handle full cases of products, verifying and documenting merchandise flow.
• Follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Use Warehouse Management System (WMS), RF scanners, and perform basic math for order accuracy.
• Maintain safety standards, identify products, and ensure quality control.
