Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification or demonstrated forklift operating experience; certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire if not already held.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, and pull items up to 50 pounds independently; heavier items moved as a team with appropriate safety equipment.
• Strong safety mindset - you follow procedures, wear your PPE, and speak up when something isn't right.
• Reliable and punctual - the warehouse team depends on everyone showing up and being ready to work.
• Attention to detail - accuracy in receiving, staging, and inventory matters here.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks throughout the day.
• Comfortable with change - our operations are growing and evolving and we want someone who embraces that.
• A team player who can give and receive feedback openly and keep a positive attitude even on tough days.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely to move, stage, and store appliances throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload trailers - receiving inbound shipments and staging outbound delivery orders accurately.
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify against purchase orders - documenting any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory by ensuring products are stored in the correct locations and properly labeled.
• Prepare orders for the delivery and installation team - pulling, staging, and verifying items before they go out.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
• Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company procedures on every task.
• Report any equipment issues, safety concerns, or inventory discrepancies to your supervisor promptly.
• Collaborate with the purchasing and delivery & installation teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
