Mountain High Appliance in Denver, CO is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, staging, and delivery preparation. This is a full-time, in-person role requiring safety-minded individuals who can lift up to 50 pounds and operate a forklift.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely to move, stage, and store appliances throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload trailers; receive inbound shipments and stage outbound orders.
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify against purchase orders; document discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory by storing products in correct locations and properly labeling them.
• Prepare orders for delivery/installation; pull, stage, and verify items before shipment.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free at all times.
• Follow safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company procedures on every task.
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or inventory discrepancies to supervisor.
• Collaborate with purchasing and delivery/installation teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Associate at Mountain High Appliance, you'll be at the center of our receiving and fulfillment operation — making sure appliances are received accurately, stored safely, and staged correctly for delivery and installation. What You'll Do

• Operate a forklift safely to move, stage, and store appliances throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload trailers - receiving inbound shipments and staging outbound delivery orders accurately
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify against purchase orders - documenting any discrepancies
• Maintain accurate inventory by ensuring products are stored in the correct locations and properly labeled
• Prepare orders for the delivery and installation team - pulling, staging, and verifying items before they go out
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times
• Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company procedures on every task
• Report any equipment issues, safety concerns, or inventory discrepancies to your supervisor promptly
• Collaborate with the purchasing and delivery & installation teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

• Ability to regularly lift, push, and pull items up to 50 pounds independently; heavier items moved as a team with appropriate safety equipment

Preferred

• Prior warehouse, receiving, or logistics experience
• Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP software
• Experience with hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift, push, and pull items up to 50 pounds; team lift required for heavier appliances
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and kneeling throughout the shift
• Ability to operate a forklift and navigate a busy warehouse environment safely
• Ability to work in varying indoor temperatures depending on season
