Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Wichita, KS branch. The role involves off-loading, put-away, picking and staging of equipment and parts while providing professional customer service to internal and external customers.

You will move materials safely, maintain inventory, perform cycle counts, complete Will Calls, and follow SOPs and safety procedures. A team-oriented environment and forklift operation are essential in this

Qualifications

Must be able to operate a forklift safely and in a fast-paced warehouse.
Ability to read and follow work instructions, policies and procedures.
Able to pass Prove It and driving test.
Basic computer skills including data entry to process transactions and generate reports and orders.

Responsibilities

Safely operate forklift and additional warehouse equipment to load/unload/transfer material without damage.
Ensure all items are received per procedure and stocked in assigned locations.
Maintain Inventory and Prepare Cycle Counts.
Complete Will Calls.
Prepare paperwork and transaction entries accurately and timely.
Wear proper PPE and uniform during each shift.
Maintain warehouse and forklift with good housekeeping and safety checks.
Assist Customers and CSRs as needed.
Follow SOPs, established work processes and Company policies.
Perform additional tasks as required.
