Job summary

DAIKIN COMFORT TECHNOLOGIES DIST INC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to off-load, put-away, pick and stage equipment and parts while delivering professional customer service to internal and external customers. You will move materials within the warehouse and help maintain a clean, safe, organized environment.

Responsibilities include operating forklift and other warehouse tools, receiving items, maintaining inventory, processing paperwork, and supporting customers and CSRs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 1+ year warehouse experience.
• 1+ year forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate forklift and additional warehouse equipment to load/unload/transfer material and product.
• Ensure items are received per procedure and stocked in assigned locations.
• Maintain Inventory and Prepare Cycle Counts.
• Complete Will Calls.
• Timely and accurate completion of paperwork and transaction entries.
• Follow PPE and uniform requirements.
• Maintain warehouse and forklift with good housekeeping and safety practices.
• Assist Customers and CSRs as needed.
• Follow standard operating procedures and company policies.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
