Job summary

Daikin Group seeks a Warehouse Associate to off-load, put-away, pick and stage equipment and parts while delivering professional customer service to internal and external customers. You will move materials within the warehouse and maintain overall appearance following safety protocols.

Responsibilities include operating forklift, receiving items, maintaining inventory, completing Will Calls, and ensuring accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of warehouse experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Forklift experience or certification readiness within 30 days.
• Able to pass Prove It and driving test.
• Eligible to be forklift certified in-house within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklift and warehouse equipment to load/unload/transfer material without damage.
• Receive items as per procedure and stock in assigned locations.
• Maintain inventory and prepare cycle counts.
• Complete Will Calls and ensure timely paperwork/entries.
• Wear PPE and uniform at all times; maintain housekeeping and safety.
• Assist customers and CSRs as needed and follow SOPs.
