Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Kansas City branch.

The role focuses on off-loading, put-away, picking and staging of equipment and parts, while delivering professional customer service to internal and external customers. Responsibilities include safely operating forklift and warehouse equipment, maintaining inventory, processing paperwork, and adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Eligible to obtain forklift certification in-house within 30 days.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklift and load/unload material.
• Receive items and stock in assigned locations.
• Maintain inventory and perform cycle counts.
• Process paperwork and transactions accurately.
• Assist customers and CSRs as needed.
• Adhere to safety procedures and PPE.
• Complete Will Calls and maintain housekeeping.
