Job summary

Daikin Comfort is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle off-loading, putting away, picking and staging of equipment and parts while delivering professional service to internal and external customers. This role moves materials within the warehouse, adheres to safety protocols, and supports will calls and paperwork accuracy.

Required are a valid driver’s license, ability to pass DOT tests, forklift certification within 30 days, and 1+ years warehouse experience.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for DOT testing.
Must be able to operate forklift and other warehouse equipment safely.
Proficient with basic data entry and reporting.
Able to understand and follow SOPs and company policies.
Able to pass DOT road test and background check.

Responsibilities

Safely operate forklift and warehouse equipment to load/unload and transfer materials.
Receive items per procedure and stock in assigned locations.
Maintain inventory and perform cycle counts.
Complete Will Calls and related paperwork accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse and equipment.
Assist customers and CSRs as needed.
Follow SOPs and company policies.
Perform additional tasks as required.
