Job summary

Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Wichita, KS branch. The role involves off-loading, put-away, picking and staging of equipment and parts while delivering professional customer service to internal and external customers.

You will move materials within the warehouse, ensure safety, and follow established procedures. The position requires basic computer skills and the ability to operate a forklift and lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be forklift certified in house within 30 days.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to pass Prove It and driving tests.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with others.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklift and warehouse equipment to load/unload and transfer materials.
• Receive items and stock them in assigned locations.
• Maintain inventory and prepare cycle counts.
• Complete Will Calls and related paperwork accurately.
• Follow PPE, safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist customers and CSRs as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
