Job summary

Congruex is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Jacksonville, FL to receive, distribute, and track materials while supporting daily warehouse operations. You will coordinate inventory movement and maintain accurate records to ensure safety and efficiency in the yard and warehouse.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, forklift certification, and experience with inventory systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Forklift certification required.
• Experience operating forklifts and material-handling equipment preferred.
• Experience using inventory management systems and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials, verify order contents for accuracy.
• Track and maintain inventory using systems.
• Load/unload/move equipment with forklifts and material-handling gear.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse and yard.
• Perform minor repairs and coordinate repairs.
• Collaborate with teams to support operations and resolve issues.
• Additional responsibilities within functional scope as needed.
