Job summary

Valmont Industries in Jasper, TN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to move freight, stock, and load finished goods onto trucks. You will read product specs, verify identification by size and gauge, and support inventory accuracy while coordinating with the shipping team.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts and hand tools, performing safety checks, and assisting with cycle counts. Overtime may be required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read tape measures with accuracy.
• Able to stand for long periods and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Operate forklifts, flat bed trucks and hand tools safely.
• Accurately log inventory transactions in multiple formats.
• Able to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Load product per shipping orders and pick sheets.
• Operate forklifts, yard trucks, and hand tools.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Assist with cycle counts and material moves from staging to storage.
• Prepare poles and load items, create shipping documents.
