You will operate forklifts and trucks, pick orders, and assist with cycle counts and quality checks. The role requires reading tape measures, standing much of the day, and adaptability to outdoor conditions while maintaining warehouse organization.

Qualifications

• Ability to read tape measures accurately.
• Ability to stand for long periods (90%).
• Able to work outside in extreme heat or cold.
• Able to operate forklifts, flat bed trucks and hand tools.
• Must log inventory transactions accurately.
• Overtime may be required for business needs.
• Forklift certification required by the company.

Responsibilities

• Load product per shipping orders and pick sheets.
• Operate forklifts, flat bed trucks and hand tools.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Assist with cycle counts and material handling moves from staging to storage monthly.
• Prep for poles for finisher (install pole caps, dunnage, blocks, banding).
• Create pole lists and shipping orders, log shop orders.
