Qualifications

• Must have a valid forklift license and maintain it.
• Ability to motivate a team.
• Good communication and organization skills.
• Analytical and PC skills; able to operate on a PC.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Forklift certified and capable of safe operation.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs frequently.
• Able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• AS400 and GPCS preferred.
• Multi-task and work at a fast pace.
• Maintain good attendance and promote attendance.
• Promote and enforce safety policies.
• Lead by example with fairness and ethics.
• Read, write, and perform mathematics.
• Must not have more than one active Level 1 counseling in 12 months.
