Job summary

New South Express (NSE) – Honda Logistics of North America is seeking a 2nd shift Section Leader to supervise the TCC Line 2 team at our Lincoln, AL facility. The role requires guiding production to meet safety, quality and efficiency targets while maintaining clear pre-shift communications.

You must motivate the crew, conduct pre-shift meetings, and uphold policies. A valid forklift license, solid communication, multi-tasking, and the ability to work overtime and weekends are essential.

Qualifications

• Must always have and maintain a Valid Forklift License.
• Motivate and lead a team to meet safety, quality and efficiency requirements.
• Good communication and organization skills.
• Able to read, write and perform mathematics.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends and cover any shift.
• AS400 and GPCS experience preferred.
