Job summary

New South Express (NSE)- Honda Logistics of North America in Training Dept is seeking an Admin Staff - Trainer to support the Training team by developing training materials, coordinating certifications, and delivering trainings for warehouse staff and associates.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to manage multiple projects with a focus on accuracy and process compliance. Flexibility for night shifts, weekends, and overtime is needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel.
• Ability to communicate with customers, suppliers, and outside public in a professional manner.
• Must be proficient with Excel (formulas & pivot tables), Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, & Publisher.
• Must be able to develop and train material and present to groups.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the administration, development, and training of company policies, procedures, and certifications.
• Learn, train, and certify associates on warehouse and HMA required PIVs and processes.
• Deliver training presentations to individuals and groups.
