You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, performing duties assigned by supervisors, and supporting cross-departmental initiatives while maintaining high craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1 year in manufacturing/warehouse environment required.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced setting and collaborating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other departments and teams.
• Troubleshoot problems and adapt to changing situations.
• Make incremental process adjustments; monitor and report quality.
• Set up new jobs; train on other lines and departments.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Carry out duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
• Support Sonoco’s quality and safety policies.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Downtime used for cleaning and organizing.
