Job summary

Sonoco Opp, AL is seeking a Production Worker on 3rd shift. You will work in the tube and core division, ensuring quick, safe production with attention to defects and quality. Excellent attendance and a hands-on, detail-oriented approach are essential.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, troubleshoot on the line, set up jobs, and train on other lines while maintaining a safe work area. Lifting up to 50 lbs and forklift operation are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and work with multiple teams.
• Able to read and understand manufacturing instructions and maintain quality standards.
• Demonstrates a 'get it done' attitude and urgency to resolve tasks.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities
