Job summary

Brenntag is seeking a Warehouse Operator to safely handle liquid and dry chemical products and manage loading/unloading from trucks, tankers and railcars. You will operate forklifts, repackage, label, inspect and document inventory with accuracy in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires attention to detail, compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and the ability to work 8–12 hour shifts, including overtime or weekends. Training and safety programs are provided to grow your skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or US military experience.
• Candidates with 2+ years in chemical operations may be considered if education is not met.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification and operate forklift safely.

Responsibilities

• Receive/unload and prepare liquid and dry chemical products from/to trucks, tankers and railcars.
• Maneuver and connect/disconnect transfer hoses.
• Inspect tanks, tankers and railcars before and after loading/unloading operations.
• Maintain accurate receiving/shipping logs and inventory records.
• Operate powered and manual forklifts and stage products per customer orders.
• Ensure safe handling of hazardous materials and regulatory compliance.
