Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator in Indiana. The role moves raw materials and finished goods, supports production lines, and assists shipping/receiving while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, staging materials, cycle counts, quality checks, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. A high school diploma or GED and forklift experience are preferred; drug screen and background check are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 6 consecutive months of forklift operating experience.
• Experience loading, unloading, and storing materials in warehouse racks is preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
