UFP Industries is seeking a Forklift Operator I to move material from inventory to production and back, ensuring accurate paperwork and up-to-date production records. The role supports production by supplying materials per schedule and maintaining orderly yards and documentation.
Responsibilities include transferring goods between stations, labeling and packaging finished items, and assisting with bottlenecks.

$20.00 - $22.00 an hour dependent on experience*
Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, trip rates, and employee referral bonuses. A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided.
