Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking a Senior Software Product Manager for ArsenalOS Quality to own the Forge Portal from vision through MVP to full-scale adoption. You will connect supplier quality workflows with manufacturing, supply chain, and sustainment, building data-driven, secure integrations across ERP, MES, PLM and related systems.

You will lead cross-functional teams, leverage AI/ML to accelerate development, and define metrics that tie product outcomes to business

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience building enterprise or B2B platforms with high complexity.
• Strong domain knowledge in coordinating multiple personas and cross‑organizational dependencies.
• Experience taking a product from vision through MVP to scaled adoption.
• Experience building or managing B2B platforms with multiple organizations sharing workflows and data.
• Experience integrating with ERP, MES, PLM, sustainment, procurement, or internal data platforms.
• Ability to leverage AI/ML and modern tooling to accelerate product development.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Forge Portal product strategy and roadmap.
• Build Forge Portal from vision through MVP to scaling based on user feedback and outcomes.
• Coordinate with quality engineering, supplier quality, manufacturing, and supply chain to connect workflows.
• Define integration strategy with MES, ERP, PLM, sustainment to ensure data flows to the right people.
• Work with security on authentication and access control for external stakeholders.
• Leverage AI/ML to accelerate prototyping and intelligent workflows.
• Establish metrics tying product work to measurable business outcomes.
• Own prioritization, scope, release planning, and execution quality across engineering.
• Drive adoption with business teams and external partners and document decisions.
