Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Software Product Manager for ArsenalOS Forge Factory. You will own the product strategy and drive a ground-up build that unifies locations, work centers, tools, assets, and sensor systems into a cohesive digital workflow across WMS, MES, and AMS.

You will scale from MVP to full adoption, connecting manufacturing systems and stakeholders through intelligent, AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 4 - 7+ years of experience in product management building enterprise platforms
• Experience shipping net-new products from vision through MVP to scaled adoption
• Experience building or managing B2B platforms with cross-organizational workflows and data exchange
• Experience defining and shipping software that integrates with ERP, MES, AMS, WMS or internal data platforms
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI/ML and modern tooling to accelerate product development
• End-to-end ownership with measurable business outcomes, not just shipping
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for operators, engineers, leaders, and executives
• U.S. Person status is required due to export-controlled data accessibility
• Willingness to work in-office full time and travel to sites as needed

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the Forge Factory.
• Build Forge Factory from the ground up: vision, MVP, ship, and iterate based on user feedback and outcomes.
• Partner with manufacturing, reliability, and product operations to deliver integrated software.
• Define integration strategy between MES, ERP, AMS & WMS to ensure data reaches the right people at the right time.
• Leverage AI and modern tooling to accelerate prototyping to intelligent features.
• Establish metrics and feedback loops tying work to business outcomes.
• Own prioritization, scope, tradeoffs, release planning, and cross-functional execution.
• Drive adoption across business teams and partners to minimize tooling friction.
• Work openly: document decisions and align stakeholders with clear roadmaps.
