Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Software Product Manager for ArsenalOS Forge Factory to own multiple factory-facing platforms that map physical environments to digital equivalents. You will build the product from vision through MVP to scaled adoption, unifying locations, work centers, tools, and assets across WMS, MES, and AMS.

You will work to close gaps between digital models and the real line to accelerate manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 4 - 7+ years of experience building enterprise platforms with high complexity and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience shipping net-new products from vision through MVP to scaled adoption.
• Proven ability to integrate software with ERP, MES, WMS or data platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executives and operators.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for the Forge Factory.
• Build Forge Factory from vision to MVP to scalable adoption.
• Partner with manufacturing, reliability, and product operations to unify workflows.
• Define integration strategy between MES, ERP, AMS, and WMS with proper data flows.
• Leverage AI/ML to accelerate prototyping and intelligent workflows.
• Establish metrics tying work to outcomes like line stand-up time and asset utilization.
• Own prioritization, scope, and release planning across a cross-functional team.
• Drive adoption across business teams and external partners.
