Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Senior Software Product Manager for ArsenalOS Quality to own the Forge Portal, a net-new platform enabling external stakeholders to collaborate with Anduril and execute workflows at the speed we require. This role sits in ArsenalOS Quality and will replace fragmented tools with purpose-built systems designed for how Anduril builds.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management building enterprise or B2B platforms with high complexity and cross-organizational dependencies.
• Strong domain knowledge in complex operational environments with multiple personas and roles.
• Experience building net-new products from vision through MVP to scaled adoption.
• Experience building or managing B2B platforms with shared workflows and data exchange.
• Experience defining/shipping software that integrates with ERP, MES, PLM, sustainment, procurement, or internal data platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI/ML and modern tooling to accelerate product development.
• Owned a product end-to-end and driven business outcomes, not just shipping.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• U.S. Person status required for export-controlled data access.
• Ability to work in-office full time and travel to sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Forge Portal product strategy and roadmap.
• Build Forge Portal from ground up—from vision to MVP to scaled adoption.
• Collaborate with quality eng, supplier quality, reliability, manufacturing, and supply chain to connect workflows.
• Define integration strategy between quality systems and MES/ERP/PLM/sustainment.
• Work with security on authentication and access control for external stakeholders.
• Leverage AI to accelerate prototyping and intelligent workflows.
• Establish metrics tying product work to business outcomes (escape rates, supplier response times, cost of quality).
• Own prioritization, scope, releases, and quality of execution across engineering teams.
• Drive adoption across business teams and external partners; document decisions openly.
