Aerotek is hiring a Forge Operator at our New Castle, PA facility. This permanent, onsite role involves operating forge equipment, loading materials, and performing routine maintenance and quality checks. You will work with cranes, forklifts, and grinders, supporting a fast-paced production team to meet safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

2nd Shift

3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Rotating Schedule -

5:00 AM - 5:00 PM

4 Days On / 4 Days Off

Work Environment

This is a hands-on manufacturing role in a heavy industrial forging facility. You'll be working around large equipment, cranes, forklifts, and steel products in a team-oriented environment focused on safety, quality, and production excellence.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $52000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
