Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an Operations Team Member for a state-of-the-art steel processing and storage facility in Princeton, IN. You will help ensure safety, quality, and productivity in a clean, climate-controlled environment.

You will operate processing equipment, perform warehousing tasks, and support a cooperative team while meeting plant targets. This contract role offers onsite work with opportunities for training and growth. Shift coverage and benefits are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, packaging, scanning, and forklift operations.
• Material handling and inventory management skills.
• Proficiency in working with metal and aluminum.
• Positive attitude and ability to multitask.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
• Basic math and computer skills for data entry.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate information.

Work Environment

Work in a clean, modern, and climate-controlled warehouse, maintaining a steady 70-degree temperature year-round. The environment includes moving mechanical parts with a moderate noise level, and appropriate safety equipment is mandatory. Shifts include 1st and 2nd, with flexibility required to cover other shifts and mandatory weekend work when necessary.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of PRINCETON, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $18.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
