DEPARTMENT: Forestry (Natural Cultural Resources)
JOB SUMMARY: The Forestry Technician I will perform routine plantation maintenance to include pre-commercial thinning of young tree stands to a pre-determined spacing. Work on other forestry and natural/cultural resource projects and any/all other duties deemed necessary to maintain healthy, viable forests and timber stands.
COMPENSATION: $20.00 hr.
