This recruitment will be used to fill one (1) part-time (a maximum of 24 hours per week) landscaping maintenance position for the College of Forestry at Oregon State University (OSU). Reporting to the PFSC Arboretum Coordinator, this position is responsible for landscape maintenance duties around the College of Forestry on-campus buildings and the small arboretum outside the Peavy Forest Science Center on the Corvallis campus. You will be trained to work safely with hand tools, gas and diesel-powered equipment and attend to the health of the plants, trees, and lawns that comprise the landscape. This is an excellent opportunity to learn plant health and identification skills! Flexible hours and the option to work during school breaks and summer are available.

Preferred Experience in landscaping or outdoor maintenance (personal or paid) and use of hand tools. Skills in plant identification, botany, or vegetation management.
