Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in forestry or related field (or on track to receive by Aug 2027)
• Hands-on field experience in forestry activities is desirable
• Strong safety mindset and knowledge of forestry regulations
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and good interpersonal skills
• Willingness to relocate within the Southern region as needed
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a mentor-driven development plan

Responsibilities

• Assist with land management, procurement and harvesting activities under mentors
• Learn inventory systems, prescriptions and forest management practices
• Support contractor management and procurement processes for stumpage purchasing
