The Willamette Valley Region has an opening for an Operations Specialist. This is a full-time, exempt position, reporting to the Mid-Coast Area Manager in Dallas, OR with salary level dependent on skills and experience.
The Operations Specialist’s initial primary responsibilities will be supporting the Trucking Logistics Project (TLI). As the project progresses and the needed support declines, the role will become more operations focused.

This is a full-time, exempt position, reporting to the Mid-Coast Area Manager in Dallas, OR with salary level dependent on skills and experience. The Operations Specialist’s initial primary responsibilities will be supporting the Trucking Logistics Project (TLI). As the project progresses and the needed support declines, the role will become more operations focused. The operations support will assist with the planning and management of activities associated with engineering, harvesting and silviculture throughout the region. Additionally, the position will collaborate with the regional log quality, planning, and land use program, and serve as a project lead and/or team member, when needed.
This role is eligible for our annual merit‑increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $72,742 to $130,250 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 7% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401(k) plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary.
We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3 weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours.
