Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college/university.
• Maintaining a GPA of 3.0 or higher (in major and overall).
• Some travel may be required, up to 20%
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Preparing business valuation models and reports.
• Researching and analyzing industry, transactional, and economic information.
• Preparing for and participating in management interviews, either onsite or via teleconference.
• Assisting audit teams with reviewing and testing fair value estimates.
• Assisting with mathematical testing related to quality control procedures.
• Participating in investigations, litigation support, and forensic consulting engagements.
• Performing detailed analysis of financial and legal documents, analysis of potentially fraudulent transactions, and reconstruction of financial statements.
• Applying technical research skills needed to gather, organize, summarize, and interpret data to arrive at a conclusion.
• Delivering Forvis Mazars' commitment to unmatched client experience through timely and responsive communication with internal and external client
