This high-impact role offers collaboration with attorneys, business owners, and expert witnesses on complex matters while advancing the firm’s forensic and valuation practice.

• 7+ years of experience in business valuation, forensic accounting, or litigation support.
• Experience preparing valuation reports and supporting expert testimony.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Experience with income, market, and asset approaches.
• JD, CPA, ABV, CFF, ASA, or CVA credential preferred.
• Strong client relationship skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage business valuation engagements for litigation, divorce, and M&A.
• Lead economic damages calculations including lost profits and wages.
• Prepare valuation reports per USPAP/SSVS standards.
• Support litigation with discovery analysis and expert testimony.
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients to present findings.
• Review financial statements, tax returns, and data to form assumptions.
• Manage engagement budgets and staffing.
• Mentor junior staff on valuation methods and writing.
• Assist business development through proposals and relationships.
• Coordinate with Elevate leadership to leverage technology and best practices.
