Job summary

First Step House in Salt Lake City, Utah, is hiring a full-time Forensic Certified Peer Support Specialist (F-CPSS). Qualifications

• Active license as CPSS or FPSS in Utah.
• At least 2 years' CPSS/FPSS experience.
• Forensic enhancement for CPSS/FPSS preferred, but not required.
• Experience in substance use and mental health treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attends relevant employee training classes and clinical staff meetings.
• Coordinates with reentry staff at jails and prisons to provide peer support related to employment goals.
• Collects and enters data and submits quarterly results to SUMH.
• Supports IPS programming and develops presentations with SUMH staff.
