Job summary

S:US is seeking an Forensic Enhancement Coordinator to provide supportive services to individuals with forensic histories and chronic homelessness. The role focuses on developing interventions to avoid recidivism and promote rehabilitation, reintegration and stability.

The candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, and embrace trauma-informed care aligned with SUS core values. This in-person role offers opportunities to collaborate across programs and communities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Forensic knowledge/history.
  • Experience with homelessness and mental illness.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate program intake to identify needs and tailor service plans.
  • Conduct risk assessments to mitigate barriers to reintegration.
  • Organize focus groups, workshops and activities for community reintegration.
  • Support clients with resources including sealing records and understanding workplace rights.
  • Monitor progress and adapt service plans to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
