You will promote client engagement, ensure compliant service delivery, and foster community partnerships that reduce barriers to care. A Master’s in a behavioral field and licensure trajectory are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral related field.
• Two years post-master’s professional experience in clinical work and coordination of treatment services.
• Active DOH credential process and licensure plan within 6 months of hire.
• Unrestricted driver's license and willingness to use a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage multidisciplinary teams including peer counselors and clinicians.
• Provide training and resources to connect clients with housing, transportation, and health care.
• Develop outreach and case management for individuals facing barriers to services.
• Oversee housing subsidies and access to community resources.
• Lead staff supervision and program quality improvement efforts.
• Build community partnerships with law enforcement, shelters, and hospitals.
