Qualifications

• Ability to engage effectively with diverse populations and backgrounds.
• Must apply for a Counselor Agency Affiliated credential within 30 days of hire.
• Experience with psychiatrically impaired populations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Locate individuals identified on the HCA referral list.
• Create recovery plans and provide ongoing support.
• Assist non-Medicaid individuals in accessing Medicaid.
