Kitsap-Mental-Health-Services in Bremerton seeks a Forensic Program Lead to coordinate care for Trueblood Class Members, support FHARPS and FPATH teams, and manage a small, diverse caseload in outpatient and community settings.

The role leads team meetings, coaches staff, develops individualized treatment plans, collaborates with families and healthcare providers, and ensures accurate documentation and outreach to promote client independence.

Qualifications

• Two years of Trueblood Program experience.
• Must drive clients in agency or personal vehicles with valid license and eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings to review client progress and share updates.
• Support supervisor with scheduling, training, and problem-solving in client care.
• Provide coaching on strengths-based engagement and proactive interventions.
• Coordinate care and outreach for assigned client groups.
• Develop and coordinate individualized treatment plans and crisis interventions.
• Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and community partners.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress.
• Provide direct services including individual, group, and family counseling.

Skills

Driver's license & driving eligibility

Education

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social sciences, or other behavioral health field
