Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking an Intake Technician in Bellevue, WA to manage receipt and tracking of electronic and physical client media. You will pre-process evidence, extract data, generate reports, and prepare data for loading into processing software while ensuring data quality and timely delivery.

You will perform quality checks, maintain custody, support administrative duties, and collaborate with the Intake Manager to address urgent requests and shift handoffs.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent experience.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; certifications considered a plus.
• 1-3 years handling sensitive data, preferably in eDiscovery environment.

Responsibilities

• Log client media and project information accurately, maintaining chain of custody.
• Store and safeguard all media and evidence.
• Generate reports and perform data backups, extraction, and pre-processing using forensic tools.
