• Review violent crime reports and assess related case factors.
• Contact victims and explain the legal process and available resources.
• Assist clients with protective orders and attend hearings.
• Coordinate with agencies to schedule appointments and services.
• Assess treatment and service reliability; refer for health, legal or other supports.
• Collaborate with families, justice entities, and community resources.
• Document and report case activities accurately and on time.
