You’ll pair architectural expertise with growing ownership of business results, helping shape strategy and expand our full‑service capabilities, while developing future leaders across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s or PhD preferred.
• Professional licensure as an Architect.
• 8+ years of architectural experience with demonstrated technical depth.
• Proven ability to lead project delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and manage client expectations.
• Strong technical judgment with the ability to solve challenging problems and guide approach, scope, and priorities.
• Leadership that inspires others through mentoring, empowerment, and effective communication, while expanding your client-facing presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead forensic evaluations and manage project delivery end-to-end.
• Be the expert clients rely on, providing clear, confident guidance on advanced architectural challenges.
• Grow and mentor a high-performing team, raising the technical bar and developing future leaders.
• Expand client relationships and help position TT for new opportunities.
• Influence firm strategy by connecting clients to our full-service capabilities.
