Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in CTRS, MT-BC, ATR/ATR-BC, or related field.
• Current CTRS, MT-BC, or ATR license as required by state regulations.
• BLS and Handle with Care certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs using cultural, religious, and disability considerations.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Document patient responses and progress in daily/weekly records.
• Coordinate with treatment team to adjust plans as needed.
• Provide activity therapy aligned with the treatment plan.
