Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted AZ licensure as LMSW/LAC/LAMFT/LAAC is required.
• Active and unrestricted AZ licensure as a LCSW/LPC/LMFT or LIAC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and provide therapeutic substance use counseling services to individuals, families, and groups.
• Provide prevention/education services to the community.
• Documentation, billing, and program audit support.
