Qualifications

• Three years or more of related supervisory and construction experience, preferably in ag drainage, and/or utilities.
• Travel and overnight stay will be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and crew members: Provide adequate resources and staffing to meet safety needs, regulations, efficiency, profitability, quality, project schedule and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all required reporting, including timecards, is completed accurately and timely.
• Coordinate daily tasks: According to priorities and plans, adjusting as necessary due to weather, and personnel.
