Lambert's Cable in Fort Walton Beach, FL seeks a Foreman Telecom Underground to lead field crews installing and maintaining underground telecom systems. You’ll ensure safety protocols, meet project timelines, read blueprints, and coordinate daily activities with the supervisor.

Responsibilities include training crew members, ensuring OSHA/DOT compliance, and communicating with property owners about work and issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent preferred.
• At least three years of related foreman experience.
• Experience reading blueprints.
• Ability to operate in all weather conditions.

• Help with training of crew members.

• Help ensure safety policies (OSHA/DOT) are followed.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.

What you’ll do

• Lead crews to meet project timelines


• Help with training of crew members


• Read and understand blueprints


• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations


• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities


• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues

What you’ll need

• To be 18 years of age or older


• Authorization to work in the United States for this company


• A valid driver’s license


• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred


• At least three years of related work experience


• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations and in confined spaces with arms above shoulder level, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift greater than 55 pounds


• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
