Lambert's Cable Splicing Co. in Dunn, NC seeks a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team to lead crews in installation and maintenance of underground telecom systems. You will ensure safety protocols and project timelines are met while coordinating with supervisors and property owners.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, blueprint literacy, and adherence to OSHA and DOT safety policies; prior foreman experience is preferred. We offer strong benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (from posting).
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or related work experience.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines and safety standards.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Discuss work with property owners and resolve issues.
• Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Help with training of crew members

What You’ll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company

• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related work experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations and in confined spaces with arms above shoulder level, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
