Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts is seeking a Foreperson to coordinate crews, equipment, and supplies to complete jobs per contract specs. You will direct daily tasks, ensure safety, and communicate with property owners to obtain access for tree work and herbicide applications.

Travel for storm restoration may be required. The role emphasizes supervising crew performance, meeting deadlines, and maintaining PPE compliance in diverse outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be able to meet and demonstrate qualifications of all positions on a crew.
• Must be able to follow verbal or written directives.
• Must be able to delegate work and take accountability for the performance of a crew.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crew and equipment daily and supervise performance.
• Plan and execute assigned work safely and professionally.
• Notify property owners and obtain access for tree trimming or herbicide work.
• Ensure crew members wear PPE and follow safety rules.
• Inspect work to contract specs and report completion to customers.
