Job summary

Upgrade Resources is hiring a Foreman/General Foreman for mechanical, piping, and plumbing work across multiple Texas markets (Carrollton, Pflugerville, San Antonio). The role leads a crew to safely plan, execute, and complete field work, coordinating daily activities with discipline and quality control.

The position may be filled at Foreman or General Foreman level based on experience, with an emphasis on safety, productivity, and teamwork in hyperscale data center, hospital, and high-rise

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a tradesperson in mechanical, piping or plumbing.
• OSHA-30 certification or ability to obtain within six months.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies.
• Experience directing multiple crews on a project (preferred).
• Bilingual English and Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead a safe jobsite with toolbox talks and hazard analysis.
• Develop and coordinate crew tasks and on-the-job training.
• Perform related craftwork alongside the crew.
• Plan and sequence daily/weekly work to meet production goals.
• Verify tools and materials are staged; report shortages to supervisor.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts with other crews/trades.
• Inspect completed work against specs and blueprints; drive issue resolution.
• Maintain foreman’s log, daily timekeeping, and production reports.
• Recommend personnel actions to management.
• At General Foreman level, oversee multiple foremen and crews and develop leadership.
