Groundworks is seeking a Foreman to lead the installation crew on foundation solutions projects in Rio Rancho, NM. You’ll own safety, quality, productivity, and team performance from planning to punch list.

You’ll coordinate daily operations, mentor crew members, and ensure installations reflect our commitment to protecting customers’ homes. Strong leadership and hands-on construction knowledge are essential.

Formación

• Strong communication skills with ability to motivate a team.
• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Leads a high-performance team serving customers in a local market/area.
• Reviews job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed prior to reporting to the job site.
• Assesses conditions of the job on-site; plans time allotment, tools, and order of work; assigns duties.
• Installs products with support from a national team; troubleshoots as needed.
• Provides customers with superior quality and service while onsite.
• Supervises the crew and provides on-the-job training to Installers and Co-Foremen.
