Qualifications

• Construction experience preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor.
• Willingness to travel as required by job duties.

Responsibilities

• Work side-by-side with experienced Crew Leaders.
• Learn how to lead a crew and run a jobsite.
• Install foundation and crawl space repair systems.
• Crawl under homes and work in tight spaces.
• Operate tools and equipment.
• Travel to different jobs and tackle new challenges.
• Help create a great experience for every customer.
