Cantey Foundation Specialists is hiring a Foreman in Training. You’ll work beneath homes and crawl spaces, learning to run jobs, lead crews, and solve problems that protect homeowners’ biggest investment.

Join a hands-on program that builds leadership through real project experience, with daily field work, travel to sites across the state, and a clear path to foreman roles as you prove your skills.

You’ll be under houses, in crawl spaces, solving problems, making decisions, and learning what it takes to become a respected Foreman.

You’ll spend your days working beneath homes, operating equipment, learning from experienced leaders, and developing skills that will stay with you for life. The goal isn’t to stay a Foreman in Training forever. The goal is to earn responsibility, earn respect, and create a path into leadership through hard work and results.

Physical Demands

• Crawl, kneel, squat, bend, and maneuver through crawl spaces


• Lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment


• Dig, shovel, and perform physically demanding work


• Work in hot, humid, dusty, muddy, and confined environments


• Stay active throughout the workday


• Lead from the front by working alongside your crew

Expected Travel

This position requires travel to job sites throughout the state and surrounding areas. Team members should be comfortable with daily travel and occasional overnight stays.
